With your explicit authorization, we may access and store photos and videos you upload for AI-powered image and video generation. You have the right to revoke this authorization at any time through your device settings.

Account & Login Information
When you choose to log in to SunKiss AI, we collect the following information to facilitate authentication and service delivery:
2.1 If you create an account via Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or other third-party platforms, we obtain relevant profile information, including your name, email address, username, and social network data, as permitted by the respective platform.
2.2 Login credentials and authentication tokens are stored securely and are cleared upon account deletion.
2.3 You may delete your account and associated data at any time. For details, refer to the "Account Deletion & Data Removal" section below.
Note: If you do not wish to create an account, you may still access certain basic features of the Service. However, core AI generation features require authentication to ensure service stability.

AI Processing & Service Data
SunKiss AI provides AI-powered image and video generation. To deliver these services, we process uploaded media as described below.
3.1 Uploaded Media & Permissions
3.1 To generate images or videos, you must provide raw photo or video materials. We request permission to access your photo album or files, and you may revoke this authorization at any time.
3.2 All files are transmitted via encrypted channels using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure data privacy and transmission security.
3.2 Our Data Usage Commitment
3.3 Uploaded photos and videos are used exclusively to support AI models in completing your generation tasks. Upon task completion, all materials are immediately and permanently deleted.
3.4 We do not use your uploaded content for AI model training, optimization, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
3.5 Generated results are automatically deleted within 48 hours. Please save your results promptly. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to save generated content.
3.3 AI Detection & Processing Details
3.6 Our AI models may perform body contour recognition, facial region positioning, facial feature extraction, skeletal keypoint detection, and clothing detection to generate your requested output.
3.7 All detection data is temporarily cached in server RAM during processing and is irreversibly deleted immediately after task completion.
3.8 We strictly prohibit collecting facial keypoint or derivative data without your prior explicit authorization (i.e., actively granting gallery access).
3.9 We do not use facial feature data, skeletal keypoint data, or body detection data for individual identification, verification, or biometric profiling.
Our Promise: All data obtained from detection is strictly limited to generating the AI content you requested. No duplicates are retained after deletion, and no original media is stored beyond the generation cycle.

Technical & Device Information
When you use the Service, certain technical data is automatically generated to support operation, security, and performance optimization:
4.1 Log Data
Our servers store electronic records of your interactions, including navigation paths within the app, IP address, access timestamps, device attributes, and diagnostic data. This data supports service operations, platform security, and user experience enhancement.

(c) Language and region settings

(e) App interaction and usage behavior

11.2 If you have linked a third-party account (Apple, Google, Facebook), you may revoke authorization by managing app connections within the respective platform's settings. Note: Revoking connection does not automatically delete data already stored in our systems.
11.3 If you cannot access your account (e.g., forgotten password, lost device) and need to delete your data, please contact our support team at the email listed below. We will process your request after identity verification.
Opt-out / Privacy Preferences: You may update your information or adjust privacy settings at any time through the app's dedicated settings. For account cancellation, email us directly and we will process your request promptly.

SunKiss AI is committed to protecting the privacy of children. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

The Service is not directed at children under 13.
